The scheduled flag rotation at the Des Moines Capitol building for July 12 was cancelled due to construction in the Captiol rotunda. The new flag rotation date is August 15, 2011 at 10:30. 2001.71.144 4th Iowa Infantry Regimental flag will be rotated onto display.
